About

Coaching works.

Neuroscientists confirm that old dogs do learn new tricks. Adults learn most effectively by elaborating new information through the lens of previous experience. As a coach I facilitate and support this process.

Change instead real and potentially sustained change – begins with insights, those epiphany, light-bulb-over-the-head moments in which small internal shifts take place. Insights must be followed up by hard and consistent work over time, but change starts when you leave your neuron highway for a country road. As a coach, I hold a space for this to happen.

You have a way of making people feel comfortable and respected through your thoughtful speech, non-aggressive nudging and kind listening skills, without ever judging. You bring a lightness and strength, yet softness, to the table.
—M.A.G.

You have a talent for bringing together seemingly unconnected bits and pieces and creating something cohesive of them. I felt the process was very honest and that there was no hype or uncomfortable self-help.
—Estelle

You have an ability to go several levels deeper into an answer to get to the underlying issue / motivation / need.
—Raquel

The particular strengths you bring to the coaching process are: 1. A solution orientation – breaking down problems into small steps that are more manageable and gradually working towards the larger problem. 2. Being engaging – you are enjoyable and easy to talk to and confide in. 3. Being positive – you know how to highlight and praise progress instead of focusing on the things not done.
—Stephanie

Your “shy” way of sharing tools and questions for decision making was very effective for me. Many people, like me, don’t like to receive ready-made solutions when talking about personal choices!
—Emiliano

Your strengths are your liveliness, empathy and smile!
—Beatrice

You always reinforced what we had already accomplished and returned to what I had talked about in the last session. I felt heard and understood, valued and respected.
—Jackie

Your style defines your uniqueness. You are great at helping to see things from a different perspective and above all you speak from your heart……You are a great listener, being able to hear “the unspoken” and to address it in your own way.
—Giuseppe
